Welcome to Frim - your personal digital fridge for collecting, pinning, and sharing travel memories. By creating an account or using our mobile/web app, you agree to the terms below.

1. What is Frim?

Frim is a travel storytelling platform where users can upload, organize, and share travel memories in the form of photos, videos, notes, blog links, and voice clips (together called “magnets”). These magnets are pinned on your virtual fridge, which you can personalize and share.

2. Your Content

• You own all rights to the content you upload.

• By uploading, you grant Frim a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and share your content within the app, including public fridges (if you choose to share).

• You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not:

  • Infringe on copyrights or other rights

  • Contain hate speech, offensive material, or NSFW content

    
    

3. Sharing & Visibility

• Private by default: All fridges are private unless you choose to share them.

• Link sharing: Anyone with your link can view your fridge, no account required.

• Explore page: Only opt-in, publicly shared fridges may appear here.

  
  

4. Account Usage

• You agree not to misuse Frim (e.g., by attempting to hack, spam, or disrupt services).

• Frim reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

  
  

5. Age Restrictions

Frim is not intended for children under 13. If we discover an account registered by someone under 13, it will be disabled.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time in Settings > Delete Account. Your data, fridges, and magnets will be permanently deleted within 7 days.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Frim is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data due to user error or third-party service issues

  • Issues caused by misuse of the platform

• Some jurisdictions don’t allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

  
  

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Major changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.
