At Frim, we take your privacy seriously. Here’s what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What We Collect

To make Frim work, we may collect:

• Basic info: Name, email, profile photo (if provided)

• Content: Photos, videos, notes, voice clips you upload

• Usage data: Device info, analytics (e.g., fridge shares, visit counts)

• Optional metadata: Location tags you choose to add and date of the media asset.

  
  

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Display your fridge and magnets

• Enable fridge sharing with friends or the public

• Analyse usage trends to improve the app

• Occasionally send updates or early-access features

  
  

We do not sell your data. Ever.

3. Third-Party Services

Frim relies on trusted third-party services:

• Cloudinary – media storage

• Supabase – authentication & primary database

• Remove.bg – background removal (optional feature)

These services may collect limited data to operate. Please check their respective privacy policies for details.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• You can delete your account anytime in Settings > Delete Account.

• All data will be permanently erased within 7 days.

  
  

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. Use Frim at your own risk.

6. Children’s Privacy

Frim is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we’ve collected data from a child, we will delete it immediately.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. If major changes occur, we’ll notify you via email or in-app.
